Licheng wishes everyone health and well-being on the Lichun
Feb 04, 2026
Lichun is the first solar term in the traditional Chinese twenty-four solar terms, marking the beginning of spring. Lichun usually falls on February 4th or 5th each year, symbolizing the end of the cold winter and the revival of all living things.

During Lichun, temperatures begin to rise, and sunlight shines through the thin mist onto the earth, welcoming the arrival of spring. Farmers start to get busy, preparing for spring sowing. At this time, trees sprout new buds, and flowers quietly bloom, as if nature itself awakens overnight.

There are many interesting folk customs associated with Lichun, such as eating spring pancakes, biting spring, and hitting the spring ox, all of which symbolize wishes for favorable weather and a bountiful harvest throughout the year. Through these activities, people express their hopes and good wishes for the new year.

At last,Licheng wishes everyone health and well-being on the Lichun!
