Product Description:

Silicon Steel cutting blades are specially designed for German GEORG transformer silicon steel core cross-cutting production lines.

Main Models: TBA400, TBA600, TBA800, and TBA1000.

Application: Used for cutting 0.23–0.35 mm silicon steel sheets. The complete set of punching and shearing tools includes cross-cutting blades, V-notch punches, hole punching dies, and corner-shearing blades.

Because silicon steel (especially grain-oriented silicon steel) has high hardness and is extremely thin (typically 0.18 mm–0.35 mm thick), and the requirements for burr height and cut quality after shearing are exceptionally strict, cross-cutting blades must adhere to very high standards regarding material quality and machining precision.
